4.0 out of 5
Sail Date: March 01, 2010
Ship: Freedom of the Seas
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 7 years ago
We were on the Liberty of the seas one year prior. The ships are, in most aspects, identical - we could only find a few minor differences. The ship was clean for the most part and comfortable considering the number of passengers.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Dining room for dinner was great. Breakfast and lunch were nearly identical every day in both venues. Variety would be nice.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Every show was good except the freedomice.com show (the ice skating show), which wasn't worth the trip to deck 3.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Only one small occurance with less than excellent service. All other interactions were very positive all week.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The balcony was dirty and windows/glass throughout could use a thorough cleaning.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5

Pros: Relaxing, great weather, good food, friendly staff and fellow cruisers.

Cons: Days at sea, missed one (tendered) destination due to waves

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!
