Review summary
Freedom of the Seas is a very beautiful, clean and new ship, and the cabin staff is well trained to service the guests. The food services are flexible enough to allow variety, for a small or large group. The food services also caters to persnickety teen palates, and schedules. The dining facilities were extremely nice at each venue. Room service was less than what it could have been. The menu was limited and dull. In review of ports, we were unable to depart at Labadee, Haiti, due to weather. The experience at Jamaica, Ocho Rios was a huge disappointment. The beach was dirty and limited in size, with the sewage pipe from the restrooms running directly into the small beach where Freedom of the Seas clients ventured into the surf. The Dunn Falls climb was very slow, crowded, treacherous and somewhat dangerous. I was very surprised that this beach was a Royal Carribean venue.Ship experiences
