Not a great vacation

Sail Date: March 02, 2008

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Inside

The ship itself was beautiful and very clean. The service however was lousy. Bar staff was very slow and took customers out of order. Dining room staff was very attentive.

Pros: The food was great.

Cons: The service was lousy.

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? No.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Service and Staff
The only exceptions to this was the dining room staff and some of the dealers in the casino, they were very helpful.
Cabin / Stateroom
Cozumel, Mexico
This was our best stop, our excusion was great, shopping was great.
George Town, Grand Cayman
Seven mile beach was great, wish I had not booked an excursion and spent the entire day there.
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
The beach was very relaxing, the shopping was not worth the aggravation or aggressive sales people.
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
This stop was not for us. Sales people were entirely too aggressive and we were even approached on the beach as we were trying to relax for the rest of our visit.
