Review summary
8TH CRUISE ON ROYAL.THIS SHIP IS BEAUTIFUL, LIKE MANY BEFORE IT,BUT LAYOUT IS DATED (1999) ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE.ENTERTAINMENT WAS ALWAYS STRONG BUT THIS BOATS ENTERTAINMENT IS HORRIBLE. EXAMPLE(CHARO) THEY MUST BE JOKING.BORING AT NIGHT BUT FUN IN THE DAY.OVERALL AN EXICITING CRUISE. SERVICE IS LACKING JUST A BIT (SWEETS IN OUR SUITE JUST 1 NIGHT) LONG WAIT TIME FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRY HIRING MORE AMERICAN STAFF IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.THIS SHIP IS VOYAGER ON STEROIDS,ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME BUT EVERY ROOM IS SLIGHTLY BIGGER.FROM STATEROOMS TO LOUNGES AND OPEN AREAS YOU WILL NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE.THIS SHIP WITH NAVIGATORS STAFF AND ENTERTAINMENT WOULD HAVE BEEN A PERFECT 10. BUT......I'LL GIVE THIS A 8Ship experiences
