An Awesome Cruise !!!!!

W just got back from a 7 day cruise on Freedom of the Seas. WOW. This cruise was fantastic. Everything from the check-in process to the disembarkation went smoothly with not even one problem. The food was great and there always seemed to be plenty of it. The only complaint I have about the food is that the buffet is always the same assortment and variety. My suggestion is try something different everyday. The room we stayed in was a promanade room. It had enough room for all of our stuff. The layout of the room was arranged in a way that when you walk in the first thing you walk into is the bed. It caused the room to feel a little cramped but after a day or 2 you no longer feel that way. I would splurge for a balcony room its worth the few extra hundred just for the roomier layout. The shows were amazing as well the decor. Everything including the staff made us feel as though we were on a 6 star resort. This cruise was well worth every penny and more.

Pros: Where do I even start everything was great

Cons: There never seemed to be enough deck chairs close to pool.

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!

Always something to do and plenty of room to do nothing as well
Ship Quality
Its huge and roomy and just fantastic
Food and Dining
The buffet had the same food everyday. This is my only complaint and it is very minor as the quality and taste of the food is perfect especially in the main dining rooms
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Again the staff was excellent. They went out of their was to make everything perfect
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
The island tour was great. It dropped us at the shopping area and there is a beach right there to do a little sunbathing or swimming before heading back to the ship. Water taxi is easy to take and only $3pp
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
We took the legends and lore tour and did not like this at all. It was not what we had expected. The port is beautiful and we took a ride on the gondola to Paradise Point. This was well worth it. The shopping is great. Take advantage of the Shopping books on board the ship
Don't Miss: Paradise Point Gondola Ride
San Juan, Puerto Rico
The old San Juan walking tour was excellent and it ends right in the shopping area with a very short and easy walk back to the pier.
