Fantasy on the Freedom

Sail Date: September 01, 2007

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The prettiest Royal Caribbean Ship afloat. We booked a balcony room and the room was quite spacious even though we were booked for 7 days I feel like it was home away from home. This boat responded well towards children of all ages and families of all sizes. All passengers had a great time. My favorite activity was the scrapbooking sessions on sea days and my hubby's favorite was the flowrider. Do the flowrider and take your camera!

Pros: Obulence of the Ship, early bird spa specials, yummy dining room experiences, and outrageous shows

Cons: Promenade crowds , prices

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Size and layout was fine other than excessive crowds between dinner seatings and show seatings. This was the cleanest RC ship I have ever attended.
Food and Dining
The dining room was special. We wish we would have visited Portofino, but did enjoy Johnny Rockets. It was nice to have a juicy burger watching the world go by at sea and then have a gourmet dinner and a show at night.
Cabin / Stateroom
Perfect. Spring for the balcony room. It will be worth the extra cost for a 7 day adventure.
Service and Staff
So many activities to partake in that you actually have to choose what to do on vacation-or nothing at all!
