Try something new in a warm, casual atmosphere. It''s Jade, the latest addition to our specialty-dining restaurants and the first Asian fusion dining option onboard a Royal Caribbean ship. This buffet-style restaurant is open nightly for dinner and offers innovative creations as well as traditional Asian favorites. The cuisine in Jade is influenced by Thailand, Malaysia, China, Japan, Vietnam, India, and Indonesia, which our chefs have developed into exciting new dishes like Tom Kha Gai Chicken Coconut Soup and Ebi Ni Drunken Prawns with sake. Of course, there are also popular favorites, like Shanghai Noodles and Sushi Rolls and to complement your meal, a variety of beverages is offered, including sake, plum wine, green tea, Singapore Slings and Chinese, Japanese and Indian beers. I’m rating this low bc I was sooooooo excited to have this as an option and it was not apart of my cruise week. Very disappointed as this was the only reason I wanted to add the specialty dinner package
