Our balcony cabin (deck 7) felt spacious and the cabin steward provided excellent service. The folded towel animals that greeted us after dinner each night included some we've never seen before. No chocolates on the pillows this time. Checking our cabin account through the cabin TV was very convenient.
The toilet system got clogged and backed up on our 3rd day. No sewage in the bathroom, but the floor was nearly covered with water overflowing from the toilet. After it was cleared, the cabin staff cleaned the bathroom. A passenger used the toilet as a waste basket and put something inappropriate in the toilet (the rumor was towel-ettes, food and/or napkins).
There were no movie channels or movies shown in cabin as before on Freedom (and shown in Princess cabins) Making reservations for Shore Excursions from our cabin was also very convenient. If you miss a show in the theater, they are replayed on the cabin TV.

Stateroom has an obstructed view.
