Review summary

I would not sail with Royal again. Very disappointed.In fact quite a few people who even cruise 10 plus times said they were calling/ writing Royal that’s how disappointed they also were.

Guest services was extremely rude. Room stewards were nice when we saw him.Doctor Love on the pool deck was fantastic I have to mention. He was a server.

Ship was clean. However we were on a 6 day cruise and the ship was small like for a three day cruise. In fact one of our friends was o. The same ship weeks before for a three day cruise.

No problems here.Expect I paid for internet and really bad service. When I asked about it they said oh we have poor signal in state rooms! Why did I pay for a service they advertised and did not provide?

Ship tip

Don’t do it. Carnival is the way to go! Been on Carnival twice absolutely love it.People have horror stories I have not experienced that.Carnival has great customer service!
