3.0 out of 5
Sail Date: November 01, 2014
Ship: Explorer of the Seas
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 2 years ago
The ship is clearly in need of a dry dock but the crew has done a great job keeping it as well maintained as it is.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Main dining room food was great\, Portofino food was awesome.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
It's always hard when you get a couple of rough weather days to find enough activities for the masses\, but I think they tried.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Cruise director staff was great.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship is mid sized for their fleet and still bigger than most. It was clean but showing its age.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The ship is in need of its scheduled dry dock to get ride of the 80's televisions and bring it back to a \"great\" rating.

Pros: The escaping reality to a place where almost everything is taken care of for you.

Cons: Variety of foods in the windjammer was a little disappointing
