The worst cruise ever

Sail Date: November 01, 2014

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

Poorly maintained\, should be taken out of service and repaired. No people skills from the customer service people. Numerous issues on the ship!

Pros: The ABC Islands

Cons: Everything else about the cruise

Recommends Explorer of the Seas? No.

Ship Quality
Whole ship was disorganized\, hot tubs were broken\, brown water in our bathroom several times\, many restrooms or stalls were out of order with some that overflowed.
Food and Dining
Food was fine but the service and organization of the dining room was terrible.
Cabin / Stateroom
Brown water in bathroom several times\, very damp fresh towels\,
one of our closet door squeaked so badly that it couldn't be used if the other person was sleeping\, some drawers had ball bearings from the slides rolling around in them and the door over our safe was falling off.
Service and Staff
Several people were very helpful but the overall attitude was not for good customer service.
The ice show and some of the shows were good but the commedian was not funny and the Aruba speaker tried very hard and seemed knowledgeable but the audio and video were not ready for the presentation. The Top Tier event was a farce!
