My cruise information: Booking ID: 384518 Ship: Explorer Of The Seas Sail Date: 11/Jul/2013 Phone: 2156056724 Issue: Our children were booked with our mother under reservation #437964. We paid full price for both children age 1 and age9. There were no accommodations or services for our 1 year old. We also had to bring our own food and milk. Labadee\, Haiti is a royal caribbean island and royal caribbean passengers should NOT have been charged to use the services on the island ie\, water slide and make shift water park. Also prices were ridiculous for the zip line as well as other shore excursions. All times on destination ports were extremely short. We were forced to spend more time on the ship and spend more money to accommodate our children as well as ourselves. The service was awful. The food was awful. The time in Puerto Rico is a JOKE since its only 150 miles from ST.MARTEEN. It seems to our family that RC is more concerned with making more money than customer and travelers satisfaction. This was not our first RC cruise. We traveled as a group of 16 and NO ONE will return on Royal Caribbean cruise again!! THANK YOU for ruining our family vacation!! THANKS!
