We have been on this ship four times and feel comfortable on it. Coconut ranger cookies and the breads are really good. Wait staff was very good. The "My time dining" though, needs to be reconsidered. Sometimes it was more like "Their time dining". We wanted to eat at 5:15 and were told that we had to wait until 7 pm to eat, as we did not have a reservation, which we think is silly. If it's "my time", then you should be seated when you come in. If you want the same waiter each time, then you should have opted for the regular dining room.
Sports staff very nice. We do the rock wall and they were very encouraging and helpful.
Our port time in some ports was shortened and it would have been nice to have spent more time. We did an ATV tour in Puerto Rico and it was fun. It was booked through the ship.
Getting off the ship was not well planned. We had our own luggage and hoped to get off earlier than we did. They only ran 1 or 2 busses to the terminal and it took time. I think it will improve when the new cruise terminal will be built.
Shows were ok. Need to be updated. We saw the same ones 2 years ago.
Overall, it is easy to get on and the staff was good. We would do it again, even with all the issues.

Go to the helicopter landing area in front of the ship for less crowds.
