This was our first cruise, so we did not know what to expect. Royal Caribbean was a great choice. Our room had a balcony which had the most fabulous view. We traveled with another couple who did not get a balcony and they would spend the day in our room. So I highly recommend a balcony room. The pools were salty but good; the jacuzzi's was warm and I would have liked them hotter. The entertainment was great and the food was phenomenal. Our stateroom attendant was meticulous and our waiter was more than accommodating. The ports of call were to beautiful places and the excursions were once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Our bill was a little high after the 10 day cruise but well worth it; we experienced all there was to experience. The only complaint I have is that it was only 10 days long ;)

Pros: Food, entertainment, staff, and ports of call

Cons: Getting off the ship to tender boats to get to Labadee
