10/12 was our second sailing on Explorer and our 13th on RCI. Embarkation was fast but we arrived around noon. Our two adult sons and a 14-year-old grandson joined us. Plenty to do for all ages. We liked the size of the ship, had very smooth sailing. The port in Grand Cayman was closed as it was too windy to tender, but we had a nice sunny day at sea instead and a round of complimentary drinks at noon on the Promenade as well as a free glass of wine at dinner to soothe our disappointment. It was the Caymans which closed the port, but RCI tried to make up for it. Food and service were great. Don't miss the ice show! Broadway productions were execellent, but the music was aimed at the younger generations. (We are 65+). Disembarkation started at 7:05, but proceeded at a snail's pace after that due to customs. It was obviously NOT RCI's fault. We highly recommend this ship for any age group. We never felt we were among over 3,000 other passengers. George and Joanne Stockhowe
