Staff was not informed front , front desk was lost, pool area was not taken care of, carpets and railings dirty, needs better maps of decks

waiter was great , high ceillings, great food

shows all the same not like other cruise lines, need new cruise director

scavenger hunts get boring not needed everyday and only that as teen club for 12-17

Service and Staff

staff not polite or knowledge of anything, found vomit in pool and took 30 minutes for them to accept that i was right about it and evacuate it

Ship Quality

ship is accesible but not very clear on how to get to certain areas, dirty staff not cleaning properly if u ever see anyone cleaning. Staff not informed on anything on the boat

Cabin / Stateroom

room was great but would not recomend interior room for more than 2 people, we had junior suite which was amazing!

Pros: ship is incredible and spectacular

Cons: staff was not informed and lack of service

Recommends Explorer of the Seas? No.
