We have cruised 5 times before on different cruise lines and expected the same good cruise. We were dissapponted. The boarding process was horrendous and we did not have an assigned table for dinner as requested. It was not a good process that we went through to get our table for dinner. It was a "hotel atmosphere staff". Guests moved for them. Our waiter at dinner had too many tables so no one got good service. The ship and staff lacked the details that made other cruises enjoyable
