The ship felt very much like a beautiful hotel rather than a ship. It did not take long to learn where things were.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food was mostly good. We loved the dining room lunch salad bar. More choices would be welcome on the entrees.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Except for the comedian the first night and the Magician the last night, the entertainment was excellent. The ice show was superb. Turning the skating arena into a super bowl party was a great thing to do and it gave the atmosphere of being there.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was always super friendly and helpful

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was very clean and everything was accessible

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Our room seemed small compared to other cruise lines. The balcony was a decent size. The lack of bathrobes and toiletries were something we feel should be addressed

Pros: the design and feel of the ship

Cons: size of the room

Recommends Explorer of the Seas? Yes!
