We have been on many HAL cruised (we earned our 4th star after the second night!) and this was just OK. Nothing special beyond the high level we have come to expect on HAL. We were sorry to miss Half Moon Cay and the sun came out only for a few minutes each day. It's really nice to be coddled for a week and we always have fun, whatever we do.

First cruise and the Eurodam crew did a fantastic job

The Eurodam is very nice ship. It is very intimate and easy to navigate. We used the exercise area every day. Nice view from the treadmills. Don't miss BB King band they were excellent. The show venue was excellent and different performers were very good.

Excellent cruise for a relaxing and quiet time. No rushing around or loud music. Mostly for ages 50 plus.

One of the best things about Holland America is their constant improvement. Every year they make things better. Another nice plus is they take a priest and have Mass for Catholics every day. The service and staff are the best. Tamarind makes every cruise special. Cruising with Holland makes every vacation special.

The ports were overall nice. ATV excursion on Grand Turk was disappointing. The cabin was basic, but the TV is larger then normal cruise ships, great feature. The onboard activities were not great.

First cruise, really enjoyed the journey. The facility is good and clean. I really enjoyed the food and drink. The movie is terrible and some of the show is good. If there are more gambling game for all aged guys will be better. The shore excursions have much choice.

Overall we had a great time. Only wish they would have settled room issue quicker. Staff was fantastic and we met some wonderful people from Canada.

It's our first experience with Holland and we will repeat on a newer ship. We had a very good serve in dining room, bar and every staff was very nice with us. We appreciate dine at the specialit restaurants, it's really goog.

Bottom line....I was very "REAL" in my review. We loved this cruise. We would cruise with Holland America again. We were disappointed by a few things but overall, this was a great trip! TAKE DRAMAMINE WITH YOU! This is a rough ship at times. A lot of people got sick!

Great cruise. The staff wanted to make sure you were having a good time and that you had everything your needed. Very friendly staff. Good entertainment.

We had a very pleasant Alaska trip. Ship was nice & clean, crew members are working so hard to give us best time. We both of us thank you very much. Whish you all in GOOD HAND!!

Way beyond our expectations! We're looking forward to the next one, and fear we've been spoiled beyond what other cruise lines can offer! Why would they require 150 characters minimum? I think my first two sentences tell it all!

Overall, a very pleasant, delightful and refreshing cruise experience. The service personnel are courteous, friendly and helpful; the entertainment are top quality and superbly performed. The ship's layout is that places are conveniently accessable.

Glacier bay was beyond belief. Must see. The other ports have high and lows. Holland America is nice but is very senior citizen centered. As someone approach in 60 I felt very young.

The most amazing thing was Glacier Bay! The Captain rotated the boat so we could get a view of all sides of the bay. It was glorious. The service was very good. The food was well presented. The entertainment was fabulous! We especially enjoyed the musical shows, piano bar, and BB King's blues show! Also the Lincoln Center had some really world class excellent musicians.

Great experience beginning to end. The ship was wonderful and the crew and staff could not have been for helpful. The food was excellent in all restaurants, just wish I had limited my intake. Our excursions we all OUTSTANDING.....We enjoyed each experience and really appreciate the quality and expertise that each guide possessed and shared. What a beautiful state Alaska is and really admire the care each resident takes to keep their home beautiful......

Wonderful Cruise ( I won a Caribbean Cruise on board) Highly recommend this cruise and cruise line, relaxing and Holland America really knows how to organize everything

I loved this cruise and I loved the Holland line. The Crew and staff made sure you felt at home. Glacier bay was great. Where else can you see whales, otters, bears and Glaciers?

Customer service should have information on all port of call. I asked for information on hotels on their home port of Seattle and was told the didn't have any. I should go on my phone and get that info. three times. I have a phone not a computer. Customer service could not help me. I asked a fellow passenger who had a computer, who was able to book a hotel for me on her own computer.
