Review summary
Pros:
Had a blast hanging out with friends and family on this cruise (37 people total) Planning was made easy with help from Bryan at . Alaska is beautiful!
Cons:
The toilets didn't work for a number of the rooms in our party (we had 17 rooms). This occurred a few different times throughout our cruise and it sometimes took hours to fix. The table service on the lido deck was poor. It took forever to get someone’s attention to get our drinks 95% of the time. They charged us for drinks when we bought the drink package. Yes, they fixed it when we asked but we shouldn’t have to ask. Others within our party also experienced charges that had to be corrected (drinks & spa charges). Room cleaning was slower than I experienced on other cruise lines. The outside chairs on the Promenade deck were dirty and very worn. We were originally told that if a 3rd person was in a room that there would be a drop-down bed. We were excited about this as that meant that there would not be a bar down the middle like a hide-a-bed couch. However, that was not the case and those rooms did have the fold-out style hide-a-beds and they were VERY uncomfortable for the 3rd person.Ship experiences
