Rotterdam had all the features I just over on a ship. Small passenger count, good cruise director, manageable distances, friendly, happy staff. After we cruise a bit we learn what rings are chimes, and if we do our homework, we can find just the right fit.

Me, too. I must say READ THIS HAPPY CRUISERS...often it is the whiners who write reviews whilst the rest of us "loved it" and don't bother to say so. I just about decided not to take the Rotterdam to Barcelona next Spring because so many reviewers whined about it (see cruisecritic passenger reviews) but happily ran into a HAL community thread where reviews said everything that made me know that Ro
