Review SummarySometime in the past\, someone decided to sub-divide authority. Thus\, no one in customer service knew about our (pre-paid) shore excursion. Our \"suite\" package was not obvious to anyone connected to supplying what we paid for. We did know that bottles of wine are a different \"system\" than glasses of wine. Etc... all in all\, it became tiresome.
