Sometime in the past\, someone decided to sub-divide authority. Thus\, no one in customer service knew about our (pre-paid) shore excursion. Our \"suite\" package was not obvious to anyone connected to supplying what we paid for. We did know that bottles of wine are a different \"system\" than glasses of wine. Etc... all in all\, it became tiresome.

Food and Dining

Food was good.

Options were many. We chose to do few of them. Nonetheless\, the options were many.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
All-in-all\, staff interactions were OK. The main dining room wait staff exhibited a dislike for their job. The stateroom stewards were GREAT. \"Information\" was useless. The wait staff in the upper-level dining rooms were GREAT. The Spa folks were ok - good at their jobs but too pushy to sell other things.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
It was a good ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our balcony room was way too small. It would have been nice to know\, in advance\, how small this room would have been.

Pros: The general OLD-PEOPLE ambiance.

Cons: The COLLOSSAL disconnect between the separate components of the customer service system.

Recommends Eurodam? No.
