Wonderful cruise, bad ending

Sail Date: September 01, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The ship is oustanding in its appearance, layout and cleanliness. We enjoyed the food and restaurant service. When it comes to expecting assistance with other areas, such as buffet service, unsteady conditions, or a hazard, don't expect anyone to respond except a fellow passenger.

Pros: Good choices with itinerary, beautiful ship, good food and service

Cons: A few irresponsible crew and staff members failed to follow through with hazard.

Recommends Eurodam? Yes!

Service and Staff
We were unaware that the door on the balcony, between adjoining staerooms, was broken, eventually learning that it had been reported earlier in the week. I fell backwards through the doorway landing on the adjoining deck. Still in pain!
Entertainment
Ship Quality
Top of the line!
Food and Dining
All dining room and specialty restaurants were great! Enjoyed meeting other passengers and sharing stories. Birthday celebration was special.
Cabin / Stateroom
Location - Deck 8, mid-ship is below the Lido Buffet and pool deck. We could hear walking and moving of table and chairs from early AM to 1 AM.
