Older ship, needs updating. Crew seemed sparse. Entertainment was lacking. Worst Cruise director ever. Would not recommend this ship.

Windjammer buffet was mostly inedible. Horrible food choices. Not many items healthy and good for you. Food on the buffet was saucy, salty, horrible tasting. All of the beef choices were too tough to chew.
Main dining room food was good. Service in dining room was good.
Park cafe roast beef sandwich was too tough to eat. Overall not good food on this ship.
Onboard Activities

Cruise director on this ship had very few activities planned. Rock wall closed most of the time. Few organized activities. Even the small library had only a few books. Very boring ship

Comedy shows were good. Very little music played in centrum, piano bars, lounges. Honestly this ship was like a ghost ship, there was really nothing to do. I’ve never been bored on a cruise, but this was the first

Did not have children with us. However there were a lot of children and they were running all around the ship unattended.
Service and Staff

Dining room staff was great. Friendly and efficient. Guest service personnel were helpful. Our room steward was one of the worst we have had. Diamond lounge staff were great!
Ship Quality

Ship is old. Our carpet in our room was filthy when we got on the ship. Obviously dirt and hair, fingernail clippings from previous occupants.
Toilet in our room dripped water all the time and filled to the top of the bowl. Toilet at times would not flush, had to go to guest services
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was fine layout. Needed a better cleaning. Toilet did not function well.
This ship went to Progreso instead. Staff on board told us this ship misses costa maya 50% of the time and goes to Progreso. I would not recommend going to Progreso
I was also on this same cruise and agree with alot that said. The service was disappointing and lack of activities was very odd. I just made the most of my time onboard.
I think you can expect a clean room. We sailed B2B on Enchantment last month and our room also was not vacuumed when we boarded and was only vacuumed once in 9 days. The room steward did just the bare minimum and STILL provided a " tip me more" envelope on the last day.
