Review summary

Ship is an older one and you can see that in some areas. This was My 2nd cruise but first on RCL. I found myself comparing it to my 1sts which was with Carnival (Liberty). The crew were friendly and the food was okay. I will be honest, I felt let down after being on Carnival. I had always been lead to believe that RCL was a step above Carnival, and that was one of the reasons I went with this cruise. It was my son’s first cruise so I wanted something special. He enjoyed it but for me it was a big let down. Maybe if I had chosen one of the newer ships I would have gotten the feeling I was looking for. I will say this. The Pineapple cake we had in the buffet was killer.

Weird his Shh813 keeps popping up on all the negative reviews. People have different opinions. Let them have them. I didn't like this rust bucket either but some do, and that's perfectly ok!

We were on the Enchantment in 2009 so it is an older ship but I’ve heard there’s a lot more to it now than when we were on. We loved it back then and I still hear great reviews . Cruising is what you make of it. It’s good to try other cruiselines and make your own opinions and then stick to what you like. We have been on 9 cruises with I think 6 different cruiselines and loved them all. Cruising is definitely got us. The best vacation ever 🛳
