Review summary

Cruising was not for me. This ship was lovely but I could not appreciate the atmosphere. I was stepping out of my zone and failed big time. I will say this ship and crew tried but I was not converted.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
All staff were excellent with the exception of the bartenders(not the drink waiters or push cart drink guys). Even with extra tips they act like it was a hassle and the bars were not crowded.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
It's an old ship and it's showing its age. Although it appears to be clean there is an odor. You can it was once a reply beautiful ship.

Fair enough. At least you gave it a try.

Try a bigger ship. Go on an Oasis class ship. Lots to do and see.

That's too bad.. We have been on 8 cruises and loved them all. Maybe you should give another try on a different ship. Enchantment was very nice when we went in 2009 but is now much older. Try a newer ship. Cruising is the best vacation ever.
