I have cruised with Carnival (wonderful experiences) twice prior but this was my first Royal Caribbean and I was highly disappointed esp for what I paid.

Everything was extra and the food wasn’t that good, I stayed in the bathroom. Also we were sat with a non-English speaking family and a Caucasian couple who acted like we had the plague.

The most helpful and accommodating was Frances at guest services, I stayed going to report issues. The rest of the staff had a “you’re annoying me” attitude.

Entering stateroom sticky dried substance on the wall, bathroom shower curtain was mildewed and entire bathroom smell d, there was hair everywhere, just filthy. I went to customer service and they had to send someone to clean.
