Review Summary

I'm starting to become more disappointed with Royal Caribbean every time I cruise with them. We were at the front of the ship on deck 4 and it was so hot that you could not sleep. When walking into the guest quarters from the lobby, there was a noticeable temperature difference. The room across from us had water dripping out of the light fixture. Things like that happen, I get it but when they finished drying the carpet with the big blower, they left it in the hallway for the remainder of the cruise. We also had an issue where our excursion operator mistakenly took a piece of our scuba equipment. I spoke with guest services and they sure excursions manager when we got back to the ship on the first day of the cruise. They never contacted the operator. Their customer service aboard this ship sucks! Overall, I'm starting to like Carnival better.
