Thanks CruiseSavvy! I appreciate the comment, especially coming from someone who is way more experienced than I when it comes to cruising!

So nice you could have your family together with you on a cruise. Next time you all are together, your Grandson may be acting as Cruise Director for the Whole family (lol).

mallorierenee5 rickierocks knows what their talking about.... don't worry you will have a good time also some of these bad reviews are people that are never happy with anything they do. They are just miserable and need to complain about everything

Had a great sailing on the ESO! Mallorierenee5, don't get discouraged by bad reviews. Everything is very subjective. What is a big deal to someone else may be no big deal for you. What I find a lot in many if these reviews are people who have never cruised before or who haven't done any research and they blame that on the cruise line/ship. You really do need to know what you are walking into especially if you've never cruise before. And you have to have an open mind. You can't sweat the small stuff, it will ruin your experience. Take into consideration the age and size of the ship. With EOS, it's a smaller an older ship. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles but the staff is great and they do a good job of maintaining her. The rooms are smaller then lots of hotel rooms (unless you are paying for the larger suites) but they are still nice rooms. They ship may be dated in some areas but it shouldn't ruin your time. There will be lots of things to do for your family. Relax, enjoy, decide for yourself what you like or dislike. I'm sure you will have a great time!!!

I’ve been twice on the Enchantment and will be going again in February. Great ship

I’m so glad to read this review. All I keep reading are negative comments. It’s making me nervous. It’ll be my parents and daughters first cruise. I chose this ship because it’s a smaller ship and thought it would be better for a 2 year old and my parents first cruise. Ugh! Makes me a little anxious until I saw your comment!

I love the Enchantment! I sailed on her inaugural voyage and again some years later. Cruising is great for all ages. What a wonderful way to make family memories!
