Review Summary

My Hubby choose this cruise for a quick getaway while we went to a Miami for our anniversary (he's so sweet)! It was a Fri-Sun cruise. Embarkation was a breeze! Great music, a DJ, fun and upbeat. The ship was good. You can see rust shots but overall very clean and well maintained. We got the drink package for $49 online prior to cruising and it was well worth it. We had a balcony cabin near the forward of the ship. It was standard cruise room size. We booked a special dinner at Chops Steak House the first night. I would recommend this specialty dining venue 100 times over. EVERYTHING soooooo delicious and the service was outstanding. This was the best part of the cruise. Entertainment was okay, not bad but not spectacular. I didn't make it to the night clubs. Pros and cons below: Pros Great crew Ship clean Ship not too big not to small Chops Grill Schoners Bar - great old school real drinks Musical Entertainment Spacious balcony cabin Indoor pool for 16 and over No high pressure sales Buffet was really good Cons Paying for room service Main Dining room food Lack of entertainment The good far out weighs the bad. For a short getaway, it was perfect!
