Review Summary

We booked this 3 night cruise to see if cruising was for us.  We took one other cruise 17 years ago and did not like it so we wanted to try again.  This time we booked a grand suite- the balcony and the space were awesome!  Also loved the location and our room attendant.  The ability to book a bungalow on CocoCay was a highlight.  It was right on the private beach area of south beach and it was worth every penny.  We were totally impressed with the Windjammer: the food quality and selection exceeded our expectations.  We ended up skipping the main dining room two nights for the Windjammer.  There were some things we did not care for:  The main dining room experience wasn't the greatest for us- the server was odd and his personality just wasn't as good as the other crew members we encountered.  We never went back after the first night.  The comedian and farewell show were not good but the other activities were enjoyable.  We liked wandering to different places each evening to take it all in.    So, to answer our question about whether cruising is for us?  Based on our experience, we would cruise again!  And we would commit to more than 3 nights :)
