Not so pleasant experience

Honestly, I have cruised before with the same family members in the past by Carnival Cruise line & enjoyed that cruise better than this one.

The entire food experience was not as good as the one on Carnival Cruise. Carnival had some or the other kind of food serving throughout 24 hours whereas in RCL there wasn't. There was quite some restrictions about food & beverages like tea & coffee served at odd times.

Cabin / Stateroom
Housekeeping male staff was good.
Ship Quality

Service and Staff
The person who cleaned our rooms was excellent in his work & mannerisms.

Some of the wait staff at the coffee stands were not courteous at all, they were down right insulting & denied serving coffee if it was over in the serving area & if we requested to make more.
Food and Dining
Vivek Surve,, our assistant waiter was giving exemplary service, he was very courteous and understood all our food needs & tried his best to fulfill it. Excellent credit to him.
