Not loving it

Sail Date: August 01, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship is very small\, furnishings are outdated\, nothing much to do onboard

Pros: Hmmm

Cons: Everything else

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? No.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
There is only one buffet which is open at random times. No 24 hr food places. \"My time dining\" worked well for me. Should not have to pay an additional $30 pp for Chops Grille + 15%
Cabin / Stateroom
Horrible bed-more like a cot with bars sticking in your back. Ridiculously small accommodations. Nowhere to leave your luggage unless you put in on the couch-ergo\, nowhere to sit down.
Service and Staff
Guest services were HORRIBLE-all answers included\, \"the ship is 17 years old\". Stateroom staff were outstanding-Thank you Randy :)
