Enchantment of the Seas

Sail Date: September 01, 2013

Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

Cabin Type: Oceanview

Traveled As: Couple

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Review Summary

We had read the reviews and expected a much older appearing ship\, rather than the one we saw. Other than a few doors with dents\, the ship interior was excellent. The oceanview room was much larger and the window was enormous. Dining was exquisite and service was excellent in all areas.

Ship Experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Rowena and her Asst Waiter are the best of the best. The dining room was more opulent than we expected. Alexander from the Phillipines at the other restaurant was excellent\, as well as the food\, both in selection\, presentation and taste.

5 out of 5
Cruise Director and staff were visible and hard working. Excellent variety and quality of both entertainment and activities.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Only 1 not so friendly staff that we encountered is mind boggling\, and that was not a disrespectful person but just one who you could tell was struggling that day.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Much easier to navigate than the other cruise line we had taken before this

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had Sheldon as our attendant. His professionalism and warmth and attention to detail was spot on...100% role model for all other stewards

Pros: Dining was spot on

Cons: Enrollment of Crown & Anchor afterwards(after off the ship) repeatedly said to apply later
