No one wants to start a vacation by being greeted by grouchy line attendants and check-in clerks.

This was our first experience with Royal Caribbean. We cruised with Carnival the last two times and had a much better experience (vacation) They seem to have friendlier people working for their cruise line.

We plan on using Carnival for our next cruise!
