Overall impression of the ship is that it is in need of an overhaul, which I believe it is about to go through one.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Other than dinnertime dining in the actual dining rooms\, the food was always cold. Also\, while steak fries were available on the ship\, the staff seemed unwilling to offer it when asked for.

the juggler kept dropping items. very few shows.

Service and Staff

great staff

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Ship was clean\, and public areas were fine.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a grand suite\, which is strangely located at the BOW of the ship\, so one can feel all the waves. While one should factor that the seas were rough\, the windows creaked the whole time\, and the drawers often opened and closed throughout the cruise. The grand suites need to be renovated and should consider ditching the bathtubs. A cool walk-in shower in a suite would be a cool feature and less of a slip liability if you have older cruisers.

Pros: cruise wasn't cancelled

Cons: bermuda was cancelled

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? No.
