Not up to expectations
Enchantment of the Seas Cruise Review to Bermuda
Sail Date: August 09, 2012
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas
Cabin Type: Suite
Traveled As: Family (older children)
Reviewed: 5 years ago
Review SummaryThis was our second cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas, the first one being about 7 years ago. Since that time the ship has been extended to accomodate about 150 more staterooms. While the ship itself can handle the extra 300 people, it is obvious that this puts a stress on an excellent food service staff. The food service infrastructure appears to not have been expanded to accomodate the extra passengers. The resultant noise level in the dining facilities was difficult to deal with and the jockeying for tables in the Windjammer buffet area became an exercise in both patience and \"landsharking\".
This is unfortunate, as our experience on the first cruise on this ship was above and beyond our expectations. As a result, I can only give the overall experience an \"average\" grade.
