This was a first cruise for us and the ship (i've been told) is the largest of RC's smaller ships. The cruise director and the staff of Enchanment are really the "best". The Captain was "perfect". I'll take the folks from Norway at the helm of any ship -anyday.

I did not get a sense of any crew member doing anything but having fun. These folks have long days but Enchanments current team appear to represent RC as though they were the biggest flagship of the fleet. Really, Really, wonderful people.
