3 out of 7 days were GREAT weather!

Sail Date: April 01, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The staff made every effort to keep the ship spotless, but was difficult at times due to large number of unescorted teenagers running around the ship being...teenagers. Great cruise besides that.

Pros: Beautiful ship! Everything was spotless.

Cons: 1 1/2 hour wait to get back to ship from CocoCay

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? Yes!

Exceptional attention to detail! Saw 2 occasions where kids dropped utensils at food line and staff promptly grabbed it away from them before being placed back on buffet for someone else to use. THANK YOU!!!
