When we made our reservations, we made a note that my husband and I are vegetarian. However, during the cruise - it was utterly difficult to manage a way to get some vegetarian food. The food was very low quality - the mac and cheese was worst than what you can make out of box! We had a great dinner waiter and some of the wait staff were great, but the dining managers were not accommodating to our needs. After eating different types of pasta with the same sauce for 9 days, we were happy to get off board. This was our first cruise, and we will not be cruising with RCI again.
