Service and Staff

3 out of 5

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
When I pay $1300 for a balcony I would like my room to be clean.Maintenance department needs an attitude adjustment along with the person who answers the phones on the ship

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Room was dirty. Air vent under refridgerator was full of dust, the doors on cabinets were all dirty.Looks like someone took mayo and smeared it all over the doors and never cleaned.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico

3 out of 5
Barcardi factory is a was of money.you need to take this off the port of call tours. It doesn't show you anything. Not one person was happy with it.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
The natives were a lot more pushy this year than last year.
Don't Miss: The beaches are just beautiful and relaxing

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
Don't Miss: Make sure you take a taxi down town to experience the shopping

Samana, Dominican Republic

1 out of 5
By the time you take a tour you don't have time to go into town since everything is so far out in the water

Pros: PORTS

Cons: DIRTY ROOM, CLASS OF CRUISERS
