Parking at Baltimore was smooth and a pleasure to use. Then it went down hill. It took 1.15 hours to check-in. Supposedly because the Norovirus had broke out on the previous cruise, it threw everything into chaos because the ship had to be scrubbed down. We were not able to get into our rooms until after 4PM. Then everybody's luggage was scattered about the 2nd/3rd decks. Luggage was not delivered and we had to search for it and carry it ourself to our stateroom. We never met nor saw our cabin steward until the following day. Due to weather/high winds, instead of departing at 4PM, we departed at 3AM. Supposedly due to this, the Captain decided to eliminate Key West (the best port of call) and give us extra time in Port Canaveral which has nothing! The activities on board were minimal. The picture on the RCC web site of our stateroom had a sofa but when we arrived it only had a chair. I asked about getting a room with a sofa and was told none were available. We are seasoned cruise travelers and always used Princess in the past. Unfortunately we tried RCC and overall was disappointed. Also unfortunately we chose a cruise during the same time that New York schools was on spring break so there were 500-600 kids on board. They were everywhere........including the bars!!!! There was no escape from them!

Pros: Food was great

Cons: Ports of call were a waste of time

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
The only good part of the stateroom was a decent amount of storage.
Service and Staff
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
The food by far was the best aspect of the ship. The layout of the buffet is a different matter. People were going all different directions and in general disorganized.
Nassau, Bahamas
Typical island with t-shirts and liquor.
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
Typical cruise ship private island with nothing to see.
Key West, Florida
This was the only port of call that would have saved this cruise but it was skipped due to leaving Baltimore 10 hours late. I find it hard to believe that 10 hours makes that big of difference in eliminating this port.
Port Canaveral, Florida
