Room Type: Suite

This ship is very old and had a terrible smell for most of the cruise (not sure what this was due to). It did not really have much to offer passengers to do during the terrible weather we had. I imagine during nice weather cruisers dont need that but they really should have made some adjustments. The staff however was SUPERB and made up for everything.

Pros: The service was outstanding. We had a shift in many things just before the cruise and the Customer Service at Cruises.com was accomodating, flexible and very helpful. They made sure everything was right and it was

Cons: Unfortuately we had 40 ft waves both coming and going but no one has control over that. The cruise line handed out sea sick pills which worked great

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? No.

Ship Quality
The ship was very clean however the smell was terrible
Cabin / Stateroom
We had a suite and I would have expected better. Again the ship is older and I guess this comes with that
Not much to do and what there was became so croweded that you couldnt participate
Food and Dining
Service and Staff
They made what could have been a terrible trip better
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Rined- We went to the Barcardi Tour and were very disappointed. Expected to see the actual production lines and instead we watched a 5 min movie, went to a set of props, watched someone tell us how to make a rum and coke. Even the two drinks that you get as part of the tour were limited
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Rain again ;-( We did the island tour and the Great House...was not much to see unfortuately
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
Awesome we loved everything about the island...bring lots of cash to deal with the vendors
