Review SummaryWe recently sailed on the Enchantment of the Seas for the first time and at first we were not impressed. The people were not very friendly and the wait staff in the dining room was NOT good. It did get better though after some complaining to the head waiter, after that, the dining experience was MUCH better. The room staff was ok as well, we had to ask a few times to have the refrigerator to be refilled but other than that, the animal towels were there and the rooms were worked daily. The spa was the best part, my wife, Marion and I, had two Asian ladies who knew how to give a massage. We had 4 of them each. 3 of them were by the women from the Phillipines and 1 from others and the Phillipine women were amazing. They did not miss an inch of our bodies and they did stretches as well, I give the spa, these women, a 10!!!! Go and see them if you get on the Enchantment Of The Seas and tip them well, they deserve it!!! The ship overall was clean and in good shape but we hit the rough waters from the hurricane so it was rough waters and the pools were mostle closed and so were the hot tubs but that is not their fault, they did a good job of having sunny skies even with 20 plus foot waves.
