Review Summary

We had not cruised for 20 years so this felt like a first time cruise. Our first cruise was with a different line and we have been won over to Royal Caribbean and especially Enchantment of the Seas! Although this is one of the smaller ships, we found that to be a big plus. We never experienced the too crowded feeling whether we were by the pool, sitting in a lounge or finding seats for one of the shows. Our room was a decent size and we were pleased with the number of drawers and cabinets which made unpacking easy. The staff was excellent throughout the ship and never failed to deliver great service. The food in the dining room was outstanding and the Windjammer was also a fantastic choice with the large selection and easy layout of the room. Although there was a short wait time to leave the ship on the last day - it was an extremely well organized process. All in all this was a great ship which provided great service and which we will look forward to sailing on again in the future!

Pros: We really enjoyed the variety of activities offered all day and all night long.

Cons: The Port in Cozumel was too touristy. Didn't like the store owners trying to yell you into their stores.
