Review Summary

dissapointed about royal caribbean's loyalty customer service
really dissapointed bout customer service over all.......cruise staff are pretentious, mean, authentically disrespetfull and not helpfull

Pros: that I was not at work

Cons: the enchantment ship enchants nothing

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? No.
