The ship's appearance at first is very nice. However, once on, the ship the workers were doing construction/remodeling which caused a lot of the stairs and walk ways to be closed. My theory is, instead of inconveniencing the guest, just dock the ship for a couple of days and do what needs to be done. The famous 'Seapass' card is another nightmare. When you get on the ship the staff tells you that everything is okay and then that night you receive a notice on your bed to see the guest services department. So needless to say I had to stop what I was doing TWICE and fight with the desk and come to find out...it was THERE error.

Pros: The towel animals

Cons: Everything else

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? No.
