This was our first cruise and honestly, I was a bit intimidated. We had a 2yr old and a 14 yr old and wondered what we could possibly do to keep them entertained while we had some much needed relaxation at the same time. After the first 2 hours, those questions evaporated. There was a great mix of families, children, even fun loving older folks. To our surprise, they had activities for both of the kids and we felt safe and secure leaving them. The staff was wonderful. In a day and age where you don't expect much by the way of customer service, they blew me away with their friendly, helpful service. Truly refreshing! I really believe this helped put the other guests in a great mood and they, in turn, acted friendly too. We had a wonderful time and will be back. Why drive?

Pros: By FAR the staff! Close second: the other guests!

Cons: It's hard to think of anything. Some of the casino dealers were rude...
