Review SummaryWe have sailed with Royal Caribean before, and had good experience,so we had booked this cruise. Our stateroom had dirty shovercurtain with a lot of mold on them on arrival. The toilet was smelling badly. 2 days we did not get any bathmat delivered. We did not get new fresh soap until the third day , when it was only slime left from our soap, and then we had to ask for it. We reported regarding the moldy shovercurtain to guest relation, but it still did not get changed. It is a good thing we were not allergic to mold, there would have been an alergic reaction with potential liability to the cruice line. The pool deck was messy and dirty. Tables were not kept clean. Dirty dishes not cleaned away, full ashtrays.Chairs were sticky with residue ( of whatever) on armrests. The floor was constantly wet, even areas away from pool area. Many people were slipping. The bathrooms in other areas smelled almost worst than any public bathroom. The food in Winjammer caffee was not kept at required temperatur. The food was lukewarm at it's best. The food in the dining room was good, and the waiters good. On a hot port day, they had turned off the aircondition for testing, I was told. This caused the humidity to settle on to the floor causing a slippery condition. I slipped, but did not fall. And I watched many people do the same. The floor around the buffee at Winjammer is not an even surface, it has elevations, which makes it worse. It should have been closed off during testing/repairs I wonder if the medical center received any victims with injuries from falls that day. Entertainment was good. The cruisedirector and activitydirector were both very good.
