Enchantment is a good name for this ship. While in and of itself it is a beautiful ship I really think the "enchantment" comes from it's staff. With one exception, I can say the staff was exceptional. You expect quality service from those who are serving you in your stateroom, dinning table and during activities. But, when others, not directly related to seeing to your needs, are warm, friendly and very couretous you know something is different. This time, on this ship, something was special.

Pros: Of the dozen or so cruises we've taken over the past five years the singers and dancers, and the shows they presented, were exceptional. Never have I heard or seen on a cruise ship the talent, and the use of it in production, this troupe displayed.

Cons: Sadly, our table waiter lacked the usual warm, friendly and funny personallity.

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? Yes!
